Hi, I’m Tina Kocol
LPC, NCC, CGP, EMDRIA Certified, IFS trainedI’m an experienced trauma therapist specializing in EMDR intensives. I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients including first responders, sexual assault and other violent crime survivors, survivors of suicide loss, folks with addictions, perfectionists, adult children of narcissists, former cult and high-pressure group members, and childhood trauma survivors. I bring my unique style to every client interaction and I love to infuse therapy with my love of nature, humor, and determination to get you where you want to go.
I’m the author of The Perfectionism Journal, have presented at conferences, and have been featured in articles discussing therapy. I provide consultation to other therapists on how to do EMDR intensives, and I provide healing workshops, retreats, and conflict coaching through my consulting business, Green Circle Collective.
